Kim Kardashian had some harsh words for the media following the publication of a tabloid story claiming she has spent thousands of dollars on cosmetic procedures to get her body back after baby.
The 33-year-old reality star appears on the latest cover of Life & Style magazine beside the headline, "Weight-Loss Cheater." The story claims Kardashian did not lose weight by going on the Atkins diet, but rather by getting secret cosmetic procedures done by Dr. Simon Ourian at Beverly Hills' Epione clinic -- like fillers, stretch-mark treatments and a fat-reducing ultrasound procedure on her stomach.

and other high-profile clients can sneak in through a back door," a supposed "source" from the clinic told Life & Style. “She even wore workout clothes to throw off the photographers and begged them to make it look like she was going inside to work out, not to get laser treatments."
But Kardashian was having none of the gossip Wednesday (Nov. 20) when she took to Twitter, lashing out at the mag for its false claims.


She wrote in full:

I am very frustrated today seeing reports that I got surgery to lose my baby weight! This is FALSE. I worked so hard to train myself to eat right & healthy, I work out so hard & this was such a challenge for me but I did it!!! I'm so proud of my accomplishment & NO ONE will take this away from me with fake reports! Say what u want about me but I work hard & am the most disciplined person u will ever meet!

This latest insult comes on the heels of Kardashian enduring months of criticism during her pregnancy over her changing body. She has lost 50 pounds since giving birth in June, which she called the "hardest challenge of my life." Her swimsuit selfie and her naked appearance in Kanye West's music video, "Bound 2," celebrated her figure.
"Kim's body is so insane," Khloe Kardashian told Australian radio station Fox 101.9. "It's always been beautiful, and then she got so much scrutiny, and just people were so disgusting to her when she was pregnant. I don't care if you weren't pregnant. If you're a bigger girl, God bless you! Who cares? It's no one else's business and then for you to criticize someone when you were pregnant is so disgusting and disturbing to me."
"So now that her body looks like this it's a major middle finger to the world and, honey, she deserves it!" she added. "Her body is bangin' on that motorcycle. Her ta-tas shakin'.'"

Adam Levine has officially accepted his title of People’s Sexiest Man Alive!

The Maroon 5 frontman stopped by “Jimmy Kimmel Live” Wednesday night to accept a trophy from the late-night host, saying the new title means “everything” to him.

In a comical acceptance speech, Levine poked fun at himself: “They think it's shallow, they think it's just a silly media stunt used to sell magazines and perpetuate the image of Hollywood being based on looks. And that's totally true. It is. But I'm completely cool with that.”

“The Voice” judge also mentioned Ryan Gosling – who many think should have already been crowned Sexiest Man a few times over – saying, “Ryan Gosling, thank you for turning this down constantly. That really helped my campaign.”

“Of course, my predecessors – George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp, George Clooney, George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp and George Clooney, of course,” the 34 year-old jokingly continued about past celebrities who have held the number 1 spot.

People’s cover decision has sparked backlash from many questioning whether Levine deserved the title, but the singer took the criticism in stride. “There’s one more thing I would really like to say, People of America, great choice. And you’re welcome.”

For now, DMX won't have to worry about getting popped for any driving offenses in his 1978 Buick Regal ... because his so-called friend allegedly stole it right out from under him  ... according to a police report obtained by TMZ.

DMX and his girlfriend -- Desiree Lindstrom -- told cops they gave the car and a duplicate title to a friend ... who was going to sell it for them.  But the friend vanished into thin air some time earlier this month and never returned.

What's more, according to the report, the friend changed his phone number ... and DMX doesn't know the guy's last name ... he only knows him as Lonny. Apparently DMX uses the term "friend" lightly.

Cops are on the lookout for the car ... but their first investigative task is to find out Lonny's last name.

Yesterday George Zimmerman was arrested for domestic violence which I’m sure we’ll find out was just a couple having an argument just like the rest of us. Right, gun lovers? Right. Via The Orlando Sentinel:

George Zimmerman was arrested Monday after he cocked and pointed a shotgun at his girlfriend, shattered a glass-top table, then pushed her out of the house and barricaded himself inside after she ordered him to move out, according to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.

See? Who hasn’t pointed a shotgun at a woman in the heat of an argument? That’s just responsible gun ownership. Unfortunately, in Obama’s America that’s grounds for having your right to bear arms taken away by some activist judge because, okay, maybe, a week ago you choked the bitch, too. What ever happened to FREEDOM?!

Zimmerman was granted $9,000 bail in his new case, with several restrictions: Zimmerman was ordered not to have any contact with his girlfriend, or to return to her house.
He also may not have any weapons while out on bond, the judge said, and must wear a GPS monitor. Zimmerman’s next court hearing was set for Jan. 7.
“I do find probable cause for all three allegations” against Zimmerman, Seminole County Judge Fred Schott said today.
The state asked for his bail to be set at $50,000, telling Schott the victim fears for her safety. She didn’t report to police a prior act of domestic violence by Zimmerman which involved strangulation, the prosecution said.

I used to think gun nuts backed the wrong horse by overwhelmingly supporting George Zimmerman for the murder of Trayvon Martin because he was lucky enough to do the one thing you buy a gun for in the first place. But it seems like every few weeks, there’s more and more evidence showing he really is a calm, cool, collected hero whose go-to reaction isn’t to pull a gun like a bitch the second he’s faced with the slightest hint of adversity. Obviously, I was wrong and you were right. I’m man enough to admit that.

Nick Cannon Wants More Films About African Kings and Queens, Fewer About Slavery

Nick Cannon is joining the chorus of a growing number of moviegoers protesting films like “Django Unchained” and “12 Years a Slave.”  The dissenting crowd differs in their views, with some believing slavery films create white guilt and allows Black people to continue playing the victim card, while others feel uncomfortable with the constant reminder of slavery that allegedly serves no purpose.
A  young Black writer, Orville Lloyd Douglas of U.K.’s The Guardian, who is receiving a fresh dose of criticism for an opinion piece called “Why I Hate Being a Black Man,“ shared his thoughts on the Steve McQueen film, “12 years a Slave.”
“Frankly, why can’t Black people get over slavery?” he wrote,” Or, at least, why doesn’t anyone want to see more contemporary portrayals of Black lives?”
Cannon doesn’t share those exact sentiments, rather the young media mogul challenges movie studios to go further back into the rich history of Black people. He shared his thoughts on Twitter:
“If I see another damn slave movie…AARRRGGHHHH!!!!! I think they keep making them because they want to keep Black folks on edge! They don’t want us to get to comfortable! Yeah we know about Obama…But don’t forget about Toby!”
Cannon later shared a photo of his grandmother and added:
“They called this lady a slave, I call her my grandmother’s grandmother. Why don’t they make movies about our African kings & queens? #OurHistory I would lNove to see a film about Akhenaton and his beautiful wife Queen Nefertiti! Or Cetewayo, a King who was a war hero. Im about to drive to my office RIGHT NOW and start the development! New Hollywood Trend, Black King and Queen films! Starring Black People!! #NoDisrespectToElizabethTaylor.”
That is a trend we can get used to.

Kanye West Calls Out President Obama Over Jacka** Comments

Kanye West has more words for President Obama after he called the rapper a jacka** on more than one occasion since West interrupted Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech at the 2009 MTV VMAs. Late last month, West drew criticism when he proclaimed that his fiance, Reality TV star Kim Kardashian, was more influential than the First Lady Michelle Obama.
While resuming his Yeezus tour in Philadelphia, the “Power” rapper stopped by local radio station HOT 107.9′s Morning Show with Shamara and Laiya  and chatted about his influence in the world, his art and creativity. Towards the end of the interview, one of the host inquires if the President and his family will have dinner or break bread with West and his family.
West responds,
“Oh, you talking about how he use to come and visit me and my mama and tell me that he’s about to run for President?  I just think that we’re pop icons, and the President likes to use that type of thing just to be down and stuff.”
Kanye then adds,
“People was fine with me being everyone’s punching bag for about five years — ‘Man, this is the person we love to hate,’ so if you want to distract people from everything that’s going on or you got a problem with your father…just say you hate Kanye and there’s gonna be 30 other people who say they hate Kanye.
That was kind of my position in culture so he also used that too — ‘Oh, he’s a jacka**’ — because that’s how the world felt  but I don’t care if someone’s the President or not. I care about thoughts and how you helping people and what you bring to the world. My music brings joy to people. What I create brings joy to people.”
When asked if he will leave Michelle Obama out of the feud, West then stated,
“Well,  I think he should mention my baby mama name because we both from Chicago. But no, I’m not gonna mention him no more. I’m passed that. That’s out my thoughts. That’s lowering my priority of thinking at this point.”

Former Spelman Students Respond to Nelly Blaming Them For His Sister’s Death

Former Spelman students are speaking up after rapper Nelly claimed that they were partially to blame for his sister’s death when they protested his bone marrow drive for her back in 2004.
Nelly placed the blame on the Spelman students’ shoulders when he sat down for a candid interview with The Huffington Post, saying that they were the reason his sister Jacqueline Donahue lost her battle to leukemia in 2005.
The students had protested the bone marrow drive because of Nelly’s controversial music video for the song “Tip Drill,” and they are still standing behind that decision.
Former Spelman student Asha Jennings, who also used to be a member of the Spelman Feminist Majority Leadership Alliance, said that Nelly needs to put his personal feelings aside and realize what the bigger picture is.
“We are a historically Black, all-women’s institution,” Jennings told Huff Post Live host Marc Lamont Hill. “If there’s anybody that has an obligation to young Black girls in the community, it’s us.”
She also defended her stance that protesting the music video’s content was more important the supporting the bone marrow drive.
She said that Nelly is being unfair for blaming the students for the bone marrow drive cancellation, as he had already pulled his funding for the project and that’s what really prevented it from happening.
The students put together their own bone marrow drive shortly after the incident, and Jennings said it was because they felt both issues were important.
“Our important message was to show the African American community we shouldn’t have to chose between these issues,” she said. “They are all equally as important, we can do both. And so we fought, tooth and nail in order to, before I graduated in May of 2004, put on our own bone marrow drive.”
When Nelly spoke about the incident several days ago he said that the protesters “robbed” him of a huge opportunity.
“You [protesters] robbed me of a opportunity,” he said. “Unfairly, my brother. Because we could’ve still had your conversation after I got my opportunity, but it could’ve been somebody that was coming to that bone marrow drive that day, that was possibly a match for my sister. That didn’t come because of that…”
He also felt the girls were hypocritical and he doesn’t believe any of them are still campaigning that strongly for the cause they were fighting for back then.
“I don’t have my sister,” he said. “And I doubt if if half of those girls are still campaigning for what they quote, unquote took advantage for that opportunity for.”
The “Tip Drill” video has gone down in hip-hop history for its controversial and explicit content and the debatable exploitation of the women featured in the video.

Barneys New York Cancels Jay Z Event With Little Explanation

Jay Z may have touted his new role with Barneys New York following the highly publicized racial profiling controversy, however it appears executives at the luxury retail store are finally feeling the pressure from the negative press.
Barneys was set to sponsor a kickoff event on Wednesday evening to promote its “A New York Holiday” collaboration with the 43-year old rapper turned successful entrepreneur.
Amid heavy criticism to drop his affiliation with the retail store after two young Black shoppers were racially profiled, Jay Z stated in a well-crafted statement that he will wait for an investigation to make a decision.
Weeks later, and some wheeling and dealing behind closed doors, Jay Z announced he had maneuvered himself into a position with Barneys to “deal with the issue of racial profiling.”
“I am in a unique position to use my voice to affect change to this disturbing issue,” he said in a statement released on Friday. “The easy position would have been to walk away and leave policy making to others hoping that someone addresses the problem.”
The announcement didn’t do much to help the rapper’s now-tainted reputation among his Black fans.
According to WWD, Barneys issued the following statement on Tuesday: “Due to unforeseen circumstances, the event has been canceled.”
The Barneys New York-Shawn Corey Carter Collection is still expected to launch on Wednesday with 100 percent of all sales going to the Shawn Carter Foundation, in addition to 10 percent of all of Wednesday’s retail sales at its flagships in New York, Beverly Hills, San Francisco, Boston and Chicago, as well as on barneys.com, going to the foundation, with a guarantee of raising at least $1 million.
Jay Z is undoubtedly in a tough situation, but as Vogue magazine’s former editor-at-large Andre Leon Talley puts it, “For the simplicity of making a broad statement, I would pull out.”
