Poor Liam Hemsworth's Christmas is Probably Ruined

Hey, so you know who that is looking all flirty and cuddly and wanting to ... well, wanting to do a little bit more than lean on Miley Cyrus in a slightly lecherous way? It's French Montana, Miley's good friend who she collaborated with on "Ain't Worried About Nothin'," and if we're being totally honest (which, honesty is something you can always expect from us here on Fishwrapper) these two would make a pretty adorable couple, right? It's not like it's his fault that he looks like John Turturro from the side or anything. (Sorry, John.)

It wouldn't be surprising if Miley was moving on, though, because she opened up to Barbara Walters in a brand-new interview about her split from Liam Hemsworth. About the demise of their relationship, Miley had this to say:

“I was so scared of ever being alone, and I think, conquering that fear, this year, was actually bigger than any other transition that I had, this entire year. ... I don’t think I realized what 19 truly is, and I got engaged at 19, and I definitely wouldn’t change being engaged. It was so fun wearing a fat rock for a few years. But now, I just feel like I can actually be happy.  I wait for those moments of silence, when I’m just at my house, by myself.”
OK, Miley. All right. You just keep telling yourself whatever you need to keep telling yourself so that you don't shave the rest of your head, OK?

Paul Walker Final Goodbye

Paul Walker's family -- and Tyrese -- said their final goodbye to the actor on a Santa Barbara beach.

Paul's dad, his 15-year-old daughter Meadow, Paul's brother and others were there celebrating Paul's life by enjoying a beautiful SoCal day -- playing football on the sand and hanging out.

Tyrese -- who co-starred with Walker in the "Fast & Furious" franchise  -- was also present.

A bunch of people wore Viking hats -- not sure of the significance.

Santa Barbara was an appropriate place for the memorial.  Paul made Santa Barbara home -- he wasn't really a Hollywood guy.

Chris Brown Judge REVOKES Probation

Breaking News

Chris Brown is in trouble ... again.  The judge in the Rihanna beating case has just REVOKED his probation because of the fresh assault charges filed in Washington D.C.

Brown was in court for a progress hearing.  The judge felt the criminal complaint in D.C. is enough proof that Chris did NOT obey all laws ... which he's required to do while on probation

The judge did not remand Chris into custody, because hizzoner was impressed by Chris' progress in his anger management rehab.  The judge will hold a hearing on the matter in February, and it's possible he could sentence Chris to time in the pokey.

The judge also ordered Chris NOT to use medical marijuana for the time being.

TMZ broke the story ... Brown was popped in Oct. for felony assault -- later reduced to a misdemeanor -- and the L.A. County Probation Dept. launched an investigation.


We just got hold of the progress report (above) -- filed with the court -- from Chris' anger management program.  According to the document, Brown participates in a weekly boot camp and successfully completed a 12-hour ropes course "to enhance team-building skills and trust."

The clinical team says Chris has been making progress and has new psychotropic drugs that seem to be working.  He's been taken off medical marijuana.  The team says his ability to "emotionally regulate himself" has markedly improved.
