NIgerian President, Jonathan's Younger Brother, Meni Dies In Aso Rock

Reports say that Nigerian President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan's half-brother Meni Jonathan has died this morning at the Aso Rock clinic, Abuja. The President's younger brother was said to have died after he was flown to the Aso Rock Villa from Bayelsa State last week to receive proper medical attention at the Villa's clinic.

Details of his death are not yet known to us as at press time but he was said to be in his 50's before his death today. Meni is reported to have acted as the head of Otueke council of chiefs until his death.

Mr President travelled to Islamabad, Pakistan this morning for D8 summit.
