Yesterday, Kanye West swooped into L.A. a day after his wife Kim Kardashian West and daughter North West made their return home. The “All Day” rapper was spotted making his way through LAX before his wife picked him up from the airport.
After hopping in their ride, the Wests made a fast food run to pick up something to eat from...wait for it... Taco Bell.

Surfer flashes bum while competing

SOME say it's good fun, others say it's poor form but this cheeky surfer sure got the crowd talking at the Festival of Surfing.   

Noosa resident Stuart Scott said he was sitting down on the rocks watching the competition when one competitor stole the show.   

"It was in the first or second round, we were watching the real big stars," he said.    "I don't know who it was but it was the headline event of the festival.  

"I just so happened to be sitting on the rocks at First Point when this person went 'flashing past'."   

By chance Mr Scott managed to click his camera at the right time and snap the amusing shot.   

"I didn't realise what I had taken at the time. It was all over in a moment."   

X Factor judges sacked for bullying contestant on live TV

On Sunday's episode of X Factor New Zealand, Natalia Kills and her husband Willy Moon went off on a contestant who bared some resemblance to the latter judge.
And when we say they went off, that's just an understatement!
Natalia laid into Joe Irvine after he performed Cry Me A River on the first live episode of the Top 13 for copying her hubby and lacking creativity.
It's seriously mean… but this isn't even her first controversy of the season: She had to issue an apology after admonishing the audience with swears during the audition rounds!
To the reality TV show's credit, Natalia and Willy were fired ahead of Monday's elimination, so it's pretty clear Joe got the last laugh.
Plus, Willy isn't even that famous, if anything, Joe was copying Sam Smith!

Robert Durst Arrested for Murder 'The Jinx' May Have Jinxed Him

Robert Durst -- the man suspected in 3 murders -- may have let his thirst for the spotlight get the better of him, because he's been arrested for a murder profiled on "The Jinx", the show chronicling his crazy life.
Durst was nabbed in New Orleans Saturday for allegedly murdering his friend, Susan Berman.  Authorities believe he killed Berman because she knew something about the mysterious death of his wife Kathleen, who disappeared in 1982.
Susan was murdered in 2000.  Two days after her death LAPD cops received a letter from someone telling them where Susan's body could be found.  Cops now say they've linked the letter to Durst.
The case went cold, but the LAPD reopened it after the HBO show, "The Jinx:  The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst," began airing.  Durst participated in the show, and there was an air that he got away with something.

Kellan Lutz celebrated his 30th birthday Saturday night with a flair ... at Dan Bilzerian's Hollywood Hills pad.
There were hot naked chicks and dudes wearing very little, per the invitation, which says, "The pool is heated to 95 degrees, and the Jacuzzi is on!  We bought 150 white towels, and encourage everyone to bring a bathing suit (white bathing suit preferred)."
Everything was white.  The invite makes it clear it's "an all white party.  You will not get in if you are not wearing all white."
The only other celebs we spotted were boxer Victor Ortiz and "Twilight" star Ashley Greene.

Nick Cannon has figured out a surefire way to make people forget he once had a Mariah Carey back tattoo ... with a shock and awe tattoo for the ages.
Cannon inked over his old Mariah tat but he wasn't satisfied, so he hit up a Covina, CA parlor and invested 30 painful hours in the chair.
Cannon's business partner, Pep Williams, chronicled the process in photographs, which will appear in Urban Ink magazine later this month.
As for the new tat ... it features a cherub on each side of the cross (representing his kids).

Miss Honduras 2014 Maria Jose Alvarado (pictured above) has been missing since last Thursday Nov 13th. Maria, 19, who was due to fly to London this past Sunday to join other contestants for the 2014 Miss World pageant, vanished along with her sister, Sofia, after attending a friend's party that Thursday night in Santa Barbara, Honduras. The two sisters have not been seen or heard from after they said goodbye to other friends at the party.

Top Czech Republic model, Katerina Netolicka, who was recently unveiled as the face of Prada and one time L'Oreal model was found dead in her home in Czech republic this past weekend.

The top model was found dead in her bathtub with two of her dogs, also dead, just two days after she turned 26 and celebrated with friends. Her brother who found her body said he was forced to go to her home and break down her door after she didn't pick her phone for two days.

Fantasia Barrino says her baby daddy who is suing for custody of their teenage daughter is nothing but a deadbeat sperm donor.

Brandel Shouse claims in new legal docs he's a better parent than Barrino and he should be the primary parent for 13-year-old Zion. So he's gunning for physical and legal custody.

The former "American Idol" winner is incredulous ... claiming Shouse has NEVER had a relationship with or cared for Zion. She also says he's never given her a dime of financial support.

So Fantasia has decided if he wants to fight, then fight it is. Now she wants him to ante up child support. She says he's able bodied, employed and capable of earning substantial amounts of cash.

The two were high school sweethearts, but he was abusive to her and ended up pleading guilty to beating and choking her.

French Montana Accused Of Ditching Son ... For Girlfriends

French Montana is a lousy dad who abandoned his wife and child for months at a time so he could gallivant around the world with his girlfriends ... so says his ex-wife.

Friends of Nadeen Kharpouch tell TMZ ... French once went 7 months without seeing his 4-year-old son ... and spent a grand total of 4 days with him this year ... so that he could hang with famous women, including Trina and Khloe Kardashian.

She says it was especially galling that French never bothered to take his kid to kindergarten -- Khloe was way more important to him.

And in the money department, we're told Nadeen is fuming because French was draining the marital assets by showering Khole with Jeeps and jewelry.

Paul Revere and the Raiders band leader/organist Paul Revere died Saturday at the age of 76 ... and in case you don't know they were HUGE.

The band broke the news on their Facebook page ... and even though they didn't offer up any details on how he passed -- the singer had reportedly been battling cancer since last year.

Paul Revere and the Raiders were famous for songs like "Kick," "Hungry," and "Indian Reservation" ... and even appeared on the Ed Sullivan Show.

The band added, "The world will be a lot less fun, a lot less kind and gentle without Paul Revere in it."

McDonald's Sued Manager Allegedly Attacks Customer No Food for You!

McDonald's is being sued because the manager of one of its NYC stores beat the crap out of a customer, but there's no doubt ... the customer is leaving out a crucial detail.

Joel Roach says he went to the 24-hour burger joint in June, 2013 at around 5 AM. We're guessing the 5 AM thing may prove significant.

Roach's lawyer tells us a very friendly manager groused, Soup Nazi style, "We don't have any food."

We're told Roach was indignant, pointing out there was lots of food displayed right in front of him, under the heat lamps.

So Roach goes on ... saying the manager fired back that all the food was earmarked for another customer. He says they started arguing and the manager allegedly said, "Let's take it outside and I'm gonna kick your ass."

Roach says the manager made good on his threat and sucker punched him ... causing him to fall to the ground, breaking his fibula.
